SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE
In January 1994, the first families began moving into the new homes constructed as part of the Triangle's revitalization plan. Winthrop Estates consists of 36 semi-attached three-bedroom homes. The homes which cost about $150,000 to build sold for $90,000. Families needed to make $18,000 annual income to be eligible.
In January 1995, construction was completed on Stafford Heights, a 41 unit limited equity cooperative developed by Nuestra Comunidad CDC. These coops are a mix of two, three and four bedroom row houses, duplexes and triplex structures.
In 1999, construction was completed on a 36-unit Brook Avenue Cooperative that was developed by Boston Capital Properties in partnership with Veteran's Benefit Clearinghouse
In 2001, construction was completed on 31 homeownership units was developed by New Boston Housing Enterprises known as Woodward Park Homes.
In 2006, Construction was completed on 11 homeownership and 2 rental units that was developed by New Boston Housing Enterprises known as Woodville, Julian Rand Street Homes. This development was the first affordable two families built in the community.

Current Projects Include:
- Dudley Village North and South- 50 Affordable Rental Units including 6680 sq ft of retail and commercial space
- Brookford Dalin Dean Street Homes - 18 Affordable and Middle Income homeownership Development
- Kroc Center - A Community Center project that will be located on Dudley, Burgess and Clifton Streets
- Dennis Street Park- A complete redesign and construction of a new park in the heart of the community.
