Director of Sustainable Development
Dudley Street Neighborhood Initiative (DSNI) seeks a mission-driven, sustainability-minded Director of Sustainable Development to steward one of the nation's most successful urban community land trusts. Dudley Neighbors, Inc. (DNI) is the community land trust established by DSNI to realize the neighborhood’s vision for development without displacement. Managing more than 30 acres of land, DNI oversees 226 affordable homes, a community farm, green spaces, playgrounds, and commercial areas. As steward of this community-owned land, DNI is committed to promoting long-term affordability, environmental stewardship, climate resilience, and equitable access to resources.
The Director of Sustainable Development will guide property management, sustainable development initiatives, resident stewardship efforts and help strengthen resident participation in shaping the neighborhood's future.

Dudley Street Neighborhood Initiative (DSNI) is a resident-led, non-profit planning and organizing group in the Roxbury/North Dorchester area of Boston. Dudley Neighbors Inc. DSNI’s mission is to empower Dudley residents to organize, plan for, create, and control a vibrant, diverse and high-quality neighborhood in collaboration with community partners.
Dudley Neighbors, Inc. (DNI) is the community land trust (CLT) established by DSNI thirty-four years ago to carry out the economic development plans of the neighborhood, which includes development without displacement, affordable housing, and community economic development.
Greater Boston Community Land Trust Network (GBCLTN) is a collaborative network of 7 community land trusts in the Greater Boston area that is convened by Dudley Street Neighborhood Initiative (DSNI).
